Integruity programmers are not employees, but associates. We've invested into a technological infastructure that enables "associates" to login and use our tab software to create tables. This setup allows them to work from anywhere - home or any internet hot spot. The benefits are numerous:

(a) Eco friendy - no commuting, no fighting traffic (b) Pre-tax expensing - office expenditures can be deducted from taxable income (c) Flexibility - working parents stay close to their lives, increasing time with family and kids
In addition to providing the means to do the projects Integruity also provides the projects. An associate, however, does the work programming and creating the desired output for the clients. A typical project would start with us contacting you with project details for an estimate, we then send you the login information giving you access to program. After project and deliverables are done you send us an invoice for the work done. We pay you within 15 days of invoice.

We do have rules to follow. We demand an adherence to an in-house protocol that promotes quality and efficiency. Upon the signing of a contract we will provide the information on those procedures. Don't worry the learning curve is fast and well worth the time.

Here is another way to look at how all this works. If we were in the manufacturing industry, Integruity would be a distribution channel. You the programmer are selling your intellectual property, while we have the open channels and resources for production.
